The Specter of Sperry Place and Other Stories

It would appear from the evidence below that we have a blue-jean wearing ghost in our house. It likes to walk in front of cameras while dutiful fathers try and snap pictures of their sons. I think it's a rather inconsiderate ghost. Either that or Sarah was running very quickly across my path... I like the ghost idea better.

Not much going on here. My friend Chadwick has introduced me to a number of things over the course of the summer, not the least of which being the Wii Fit. But he turned us onto a show on CBS called 'The Big Bang Theory". Like all shows, it's one that we saw advertised but had not time to ever care about watching it. If you're a science and computer nerd, it's the show for you. It is truly hilarious.

In other news... Jack is becoming more headaches than a barrel of monkeys. He's getting a tooth finally, and it's making him very grumpy. I swear I can make out the words "I hate growing up" billowing from his his cries. On top of that, he can now climb stairs, yaaaaaaaaaaaaay.... I mean "where's the tylenol". He's worse than the girls: if we lose track of him for a few seconds he could be up two steps by that point. The trouble is that once he's up he can't make himself come down and as we know from Sir Isaac Newton: what goes up, well.... it must needs come down with or without intent. But I guess a little three-stair tumble never hurt anybody...permanently.

That's it for now. I'm going to take two asprin and start again in the morning.

I know what you mean about boys getting into things. Our Mikey started walking at 10 months; we didn't stand a chance!
